Infringers with an international footprint would be subject to the reach of the decision in Germany..the courts opinon to follow per Duck..
Companies with big rollout of technologies (such as DT) will have IP infringment langauge in their agreements with their vendors / suppliers..and companies that have been place on notice of infringement may have no choice but to sign on from a risk perspective..
We have all of the other business oportunities with great potential..(agreed it is very early stage..but very promissing and timely in my opinion)..
Very significant companies have signed on already with the MMP..
It ain't over with the USPTO..until we say it is over..or quit trying..or run out money..I don't think TPL will go that "quitely into the night"
