Um Let's not forget tha the share price is South of .10. They could buy the whole of PTSC for a lot less than the share of MMP. Before anyone gets all up in arms and saying they wouldn't vote for it....consider how well the votes went at the annual meetings.

Several people are still making big money here. They control the company and will do what suits them best. All anyone can do in the penny market is try and pick up some of the crumbs that fall off the table.
