I too expected something in the way of communication from PTSC (or TPL/Alliacense) today. The rejection is a significant event, for crying out loud - as evidenced by a 40% drop in PPS due, IMO, purely to this event. Even if the message were merely to state that they are considering the prospect of an appeal would give us some idea.... As it stands, what are we to think? Abandon the patent? I KNOW, not bloody likely, but SAY SOMETHING! It's just the right thing to do. They could always follow up with a more detailed plan of action.

I am compelled to disclose that I sold my entire remaining position last Tuesday, upon verifying the rejection. Not that I've lost all confidence in the prospects for PTSC. I needed money on the home front, and only held a small position anyway (at that point). I figure I've got time to get things in financial order on the home front, then jump back in (within a few months to a year). I think this disclosure is appropriate....

I'll continue lurking, but having disclosed my status will post rarely if ever till I resume a Long position.
