I wonder how the criminals like David Pohl, Jim Turley, Roger Cook and the rest of the A-Team are doing? If only the state of California allowed extended customized license plates. I bet the A-Team would have the same plates on their cars. "Dividends R 4 Sukrs" or "1st 2 Sell"
This little piggy went to market, the only problem is retail were the one's who got slaughtered. I wonder if Rick Goerner and staff will take pay cuts or will they just up and leave. I'm betting on the second theory. It's pretty amazing that a public company can go this long without explanations. They must love having TPL as shield to aid their secrecy efforts. There is no way this company has enough capital to continue operating for more than another year. With current constraints in the capital market, a company like PTSC will be avoided like the plague by all lending institutions. My employer is a rock solid company with no short term or long term debt. Last week our commercial lender cut our revolving credit limit in half and instituted a new yearly fee for all revolving credit limits. If a 4A-1 D&B company gets treated like that, can you imagine what a company like PTSC is running into? I'm becoming less concerned about the patents and more concerned about our viability going forward. We need some meat to chew on and I don't mean some shitty generalized feel good SH letter. It's time to talk turkey.
