WE get yet another lic. deal after the fact that everyone says the 336 has been rejected. Are they signing because of the German descision? I can't believe these companies don't know of the latest PTO blunder. Our maybe they feel that the PTO made a bad call on 336 and don't won't to pay more after a appeal win.
