This stock is as oversold as it was in dec of 2005.. There is a gaping hole betwwen 40 and 50 cents created last April the needs to be filled.
There is absolutely, no fundamental bad news left to be published, save bancruptcy.
The stock is/was sitting on 3 year lows
The last 3 moves down had weaker and weaker selling pressure= although the sticok did go lower it did so due to lack of buyers with very limited selling. Had there been more sleling pressure we would have seen 4 cents much teh same way Citibank saw 1.00
And S&L hold little more than 1 or 2 day's volume that can be eaily absorbed by the company and MM's closing their shorts.
Basically, if you have not sold by now, what would make you sell, at this point the MMP has a 0-2 cents of stock value priced in. teh assets are wroth net - on my calcs 5 centsd and the other componnents are approx priced in at 1-2 cents.
However, whe nI value the MMP at 8-12 cents plus the cash at 5, Holcrom at 6 cents and the other pieces at 2 cents I have a current book tear down value of 21-25 cents per share.
So at 9-10 cents this is an easy double or triplel, but as this stock tends to over do things and given how oversold we are and how we have the gap in the 40's, I sincerely see this running to 50 cents before the end of April
If Holcrom really has a product and this is not just another Java chip story -and Mr Obama intiates the health care integration.... DO you not see the Holcom-Talis package being th eone two punch for a secure integration environment. The spin-off alone could generate 80-100 million (20-25 cents per share) of value.
mAybe my 3 week time frame is a bit pie in the sky but I truly do believ that we will see 50 cents before we 7.5 cents
