OK - I'll try again - the 336 received a Final Rejection and we recently received an influx of signings. As most would agree, this is a tough one to figure out and we desparately need some clarification from the company.
I suggest that it was the German revalidation which prompted this new signing. The German patent is VALID.
These are facts? I believe they are your opinions. We need RG/Patriot to certify what you've stated. I think the market needs it as well.
