I stated that the Patents got rejected. My post did not state that they were permanently invalidated
It was only the '336 that received a "Final Rejection" and not all patents. Also, "rejected" can mean "To discard as defective or useless; throw away" which is not the case within the USPTO meaning. I humbly suggest that "Final Rejection" and "rejected" are not interchangeable, and have different meanings.
Please note that it was a European company licensing via the European office and I suggest that it was the German revalidation which prompted this new signing. The German patent is VALID.
