biajj and all,

I intend to look int this DND business a bit further - I don`t have time today. Yes, ASI is a sub. of DND and LG is listed as a director--it is also on our(ptsc) filings that he is a director there. How he can direct anything in Utah from where he is now is befudling to me. Wonder what his salary is there?

I was also wondering why the 10875 femah lane address was used by both Pat in his filing and by LG in his filing r/t DND. Shows that is both of their business #s. That is not the address of ptsc.
