How good then to have the same court in Munich declare PTSC/TPL's MMP Patent valid before seeking any injunctive relief for infringement.

This reaffirmed validity is why that decision was so important.

Did you not see the humor in HTC taking the matter "very seriously" in seeking to have the patents declared invalid while at the same time trying to work around the alleged infringement with their chipset supplier?
