IMHO the ownership question has nothing to do with the licensing. I do not believe there is any dispute that Alliacense has been granted the authority to market/license the MMP. Ownership has to do with who controls the funds after PDS makes a distribution. 50% to PTSC and 50% to ? Corrections welcomed. Opty
