What if TPL implied and or inserted terminology in the written licensing agreements that claim partial ownership of the MMP? Could the licensing parties now countersue based on fraudulant representation of ownership by TPL, thus voiding any licensing agreements they entered into? This seems like a very serious and real threat to all parties involved. Perhaps this is why Mr. Goerner had talked the MMP down over the last year. This really stinks and is just another example of serious and questionable behavior by a public company. If I could kick my own ass for investing in this company, I would. Come to think of it, my wife may do that for me. I'm just disgusted with this whole situation.
