Since 2005 large funds from the law suits have been disburst by TPL and none of this bothered Moore then? It would seem to be some internal bickering, possibly over the re-certification process which has now caused rift and each (TPL and Moore) is asserting their control over each other. Is this is what is going on? Does anyone know? Sorry I am not up to speed on any of this.
