Or that the MMP is all but dead beause of the USPTO rejections so far.
Or that RG has been downplaying the significance of the MMP.
All of these posts are opinions from people that don't know what the're talking about.
Steve - these beliefs are based on the following facts:
1) The licensing deals have slowed "significantly" and the price of a license has also dropped "significantly".
2) The communications and marketing have noticeably shifted away from the MMP.
3) The USPTO issued the Patents a Final Rejection - most would agree that this is not a postive but a negative.
4) Some key players are suing each other. My experience is that people start suing each other when things go bad - you will undoubtedly say the opposite and state that Moore is suing becuase the patents are so valuable now.
5) Last but not least, the SP is at .10 and dropping.
I have quite a bit at stake with my investment in Patriot, but I'm not banking on a windfall coming from the MMPs for the reasons listed above.
Why do you believe the MMPs are so valuable now? What are you basing your belief on????
