The way I see things is that CM could have NOT known that TPL claimed ownership as they did so in public while he was at the co.. Possible scenarios--1)It is not true 2)Someone has convinced him that they will give him more money if he claims what was posted on the colorforth site 3)he is getting senile 4)he is so upset with DL that he wants revenge. If there has been a lawsuit filed by him, then OUR mngt. should have notified us when it happened as it is very significant. Has anyone emailed RG yet?
