This is between TPL and Moore and has nothing to do/no effect on our ability to license the patents. Alliacense is still bringing them home and in my opinion this will not change. We do not know all the details for sure. I trust what I currently know and that is:

TPL is still working with the USPTO examiners.

Even if Moore is not involved in USPTO TPL/Alliacense has Highly Capable Engineers who can handle the review process.

JMHO, but we always think the worst is going on! How can we get from the most recent good happenings that the worst is going on?

So far it looks a lot better to me and until I HEAR FACTS or SEE something that is not speculation that points to something being wrong I will go with the current good happenings.
