Without seeing the agreement between Moore and TPL it would only be speculation.

There's also the stipulated settlement between PTSC, TPL and Moore, which gave rise to Phoenix Digital Solutions.

One incontravertible fact is that PTSC has full rights to the patents via Fish and Nanotronics. For this reason alone, I am not concerned about the alleged dispute between Moore and TPL.

Until Moore and TPL resolve any differences they may have, I still belive that PTSC, as at least co-owner of the patents, can continue to license the patents to potential infringers. It's just the how and when that needs clarification.

One other thing for sure, if this is going to impact on licensing efforts by Alliacense on PTSC's behalf, expect to see an 8K filed next week.
