Could you provide a scenario on exactly how this would happen? I'd love to see it, but IMHO the only way it could possibly work is if all the teardown analysis of infringing products can be transferred to some other entity. Wouldn't you expect TPL to contest the ownership of that work in court? In the meantime, how does one go about licensing? I really do hope you have a workable scenario. Opty
