No, but just wondering what severing with TPL now get us, besides a big hole that needs filling. Who gets all the infringment work that has already been done? Will it need to get done again? By who? At what cost?

What if Moore is deemed not to be the owner at some future date? Let the MMP die rather than ask TPL to deal with us again?

While I'd love to see CM with PTSC and eliminate TPL, I'm also trying to realistic as to what is achievable. That's all.
