1. If Leckrone feels he needs to pull together some quick cash, 20-30 million, to settle up with Moore.

2. If Leckrone feels like he may lose his cash cow forever, when this dispute with Moore plays out.

Either way I would think he would be pressuring Alliacense to make things happen now.

Question for Brian:

What effect if any, in your opinion, will the German ruling have on the licensing future?
