OMG, not another message from this guy!
Let's suppose for the moment that Moore and PTSC become partners and we are able to divorce ourselves from TPL. In order to license the MMP and go after infringers a new organizations would have to be created or at least we have would have to find a partner to do so. This oprganization would require lawyers, engineers, computer scientists and technicans, etc to do the reverse engineering to uncover infringers, enforce patents (USPTO actions notwithstanding), audit infringers accounts for revenue derived from use of our technology, etc. This is a very large undertaking and it would be expensive. However desirable it is to get rid of TPL and, in particular, Leckrone, it does come with substantial cost not to mention delays in licensing. Such turmoil would also effect the investment communities view of PTSC in a negative light at a time when we want that same community to seriously look at PTSC and invest in it. Be careful what you wish for.
