I'm not sure, if I'm able to participate here from Germany at the call.

But I guess, we all have the same questions:

- MMP - valid or rejected?

- Moore vs. TPL - threat or non-event?

- Crossflo - profitable or not in fiscal 2009?

- Holocom, Talis, Avot - next steps?

- M&A - are the plans for M&A activities on hold due to the lack of money?

What else?
