I posted the same thoughts earlier this morning. IMO, it appears that TPL's drive to expand has come at a heavy price. Imagine the possibilities if Patriot still had their dividend money. It's hard to operate a company when mgmt wasn't able to see 10 feet past their own noses. How ironic would it have been for PTSC to be cash flush and the licensing partner, cash poor. Here in lies the biggest reasons for my utter outrage 2 1/2 years ago. In my business commodities turn on a dime. Monday can be the best day of your life and by Friday, the whole worlds gone to hell. This is why companies with a BOD like Patriot are doom to repeat the past. I feel much better having a seasoned professional like Mr. Goerner. My hope is that PTSC becomes so reliant on him that certain individuals have no choice but to leave. My only concern is that in an attempt to take the fight to the street, that Mr. Moore didn't open Pandora's Box.
