Moore is certainly an intellect well beyond my capacity, however, I really question the logic in taking this to the street. I'm not going to speculate on the severity of the damage, if any, but common sense seems to dictate that he isn't helping our cause. How can a person of his technical accomplishments really believe this has no bearing on the '336 re-exam? I'm puzzled by the statement he makes below. If ownership of the patent weren't an issue with the USPTO, then we could all submit different patents we come across and claim ownership. When you are in the process of re-exam, I would think the issue of ownership is extremely important and relevant. If a dispute were underway, you would think the USPTO would take notice. They do legal searches throughout the process and the applicants are responsible for letting them know if any legal issues arise. He states that his interest do not lie in hurting anyone, but this certainly didn't help. I'm hoping since the information was removed from his site, that the Leckrones have seen the light. I have no idea why the font is so large, sorry.....
