All parties having any portion of the ownership in the patent property must act together as a composite entity in patent matters before the Office

Any suggestion that PTSC should view the dispute between Moore and TPL as Material or so serious so as to negatively impact future PTO decisions, given Mr Moore's assurances, would appear to be FUD, in my very humble opinion.

If they don't work together there are no licensing revenues.

Unless, of course, it is being suggested that as a matter of principle Moore is withdrawing his presence from all PTO matters. (Think about it!) Then that would be a Material Event.
