I wrote this one or two years ago at the time Ron was starting his call to write a letter to the management (my opinion was, it doesn't help anything):

I'm 1.000% supportive, if we go after the company, because we can prove (proof?...lol...I always mix this up...) any fraud by the BoD or by the management. For example, I'm still thinking, if there's no chance to go after Pohl, who conducted the events in 2006 and 2007, where thousands of investors were lured in PTSC.

But as long as we can only speculate about the consequences of this event or that event, we should try to discuss these events without any offensive attitude.
