I'm glad you stated that. I had this discussion a few weeks ago on the board. I was told that my statement regarding Moore being absent from some of the meetings was incorrect. I didn't feel like going back through the IFW's to prove my point. I'm troubled/discouraged by the fact that our patents were jeopardized because of an internal issue brewing between CM and TPL. That should be another question directed at Mr. Goerner during the CC. PTSC's MMP revenue stream may have been compromised because of those events. Once Mr. Moore decided to take his fight to the streets, the event took on a different level of seriousness, IMO.
