I'm not sure you can say that at this juncture. Emtnester stated a few weeks ago that having the inventor there, to defend claims, was certainly the preferred route. Once Moore decided to air all the dirty laundry in public, that should have given everyone an idea of how badly the situation had deteriorated. Obviously he decided making the feud public was worth risking the '336 re-exam. Our very own company certainly felt like he was doing so. To me this just sounds like another example of bad luck bouncing Patriots way. They finally settle a suit for MMP ownership and rights, only to have the parties they sued now tearing each other apart. Ironic.
