I think it is a good idea for everyone to show whether they accept the letter and questions as they are, or give me the changes they want made (in sentence form). ( A large number of thumbs up will work :-)

It is very difficult to get complete consensus on everything in such a short time, so, most likely, not every one will be happy.

I changed the deadline to Thursday, at 12 noon, as some people thought it would be better.
