So, you agree, Asustek has come away with nearly nothing?

But then here's my next question: If we can sell the licence for some bucks, why continue the fight with the T2, why couldn't HTC and Asus agree to pay?

Are they even refusing to pay some 100k? Though the lawayer's cost must be many multiples of what Asustek paid? I don't get it and I'm sure, we won't get an answer from RG, because - as we all know - IT'S HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL!!!
