Also consider, if TPL owes Moore 20 million as he said they do that is 20 million he already has toward buying out of his contract to TPL. TPL seems to me to be cash strapped. The next few weeks will be very telling. Will operations wind down, or wind up? Think German patent. Why is there no pursuit in that area? I think PTSC should be very careful about any expenses reguarding PDS.
RG has to walk a very, very fine line here. There are so many potential material events either happening, or on the verge of happening. I wouldn't be surprised to see some kind of statement, or letter from the company explaining events before the Conference Call in order to prevent what could be an embrassing moment. I don't think a statement that we are not going to talk about this, or that, is appropiate under the extreme circumstances. It would be compariable to throwing salt in the wounds of the rider when the horse is already dead.
I think all parties concerned have to be aware that the TPL experiment is over and done. What is next is anyones' guess. Will Moore and PTSC unite? That would be only logical, but I would think only after Moore demonstrates that he is willing, and can see the USPTO scenario through. Why invest large amounts of money into something that has no chance of working. Unless all those involved in the MMP project at TPL could come on board with us and possibly work on the German patent if feasible. Sure would be nice to read the German courts decision to eliminate any doubts about any possible harmful repercussions regarding a USPTO denial of our patent.
As always, we shall see...but will they let us. Hmmmm.
