Now who thinks we, and Moore should retain the services of TPL. I don't remember seeing an incompetance clause in the master agreement only a chapter 7 and 11 clause. Getting rid of them and then getting Moore to work with the USPTO is the only chance we have. I'd say their NDA business plan is a bust. No one wants to settle with the sleezy TPL
