Let me get this straight - Lawyers are either going to push the share price higher or are gonna get us our money back (or at least a sliver of it) somehow if we all band together and exert some unspecified influence on the PTSC board?

Could you guys be more specific?

Don't trust anybody folks. Don't give up information of any kind to anyone who appears to be positioning themselves between shareholders and and a class action suit.

PTSC is a class action dream because of the sheer numbers of shareholders.

Nobody has proven (to me anyway) that there has been any fraudulent activity. Suspicious-YES- fraudulent? Don't know.

Shareholders rarely benefit in any satisfactory way in such a progression. The LAWYERS get a ridiculously unfair proportion of the money in most class action proceedings.
