I like RG as well and we have been getting pretty good communication from him concerning the aquisitions, however, the MMP is the crown jewel that PTSC holds. Many of us were lured here by Pohl bragging up the potential of the MMP. It's the main reason most of us are invested in PTSC. But as 50 % owners of the MMP we are kept almost totally in the dark about anything happening concerning the MMP. Now I can understand the secrecy surrounding individual licenses, but why are we not kept in the loop as far as the USPTO, German patent recertification, the Moore/TPL patent ownership issue and some plans they can't share with us yet about the MMP? We have to get any information about the MMP through the USPTO or from Moore but nothing from PTSC, why? What are they planning to do with the MMP now? What has all the secrecy accomplished? The SP is at 9 cents, some of the MMP patents have been rejected by the USPTO (so far), the licenses are going at below first mover discount prices, we have real questions about Dan Leckrone's trust and we don't know who hired RG and how much control DL has over PTSC.
I think it's time we get some answers or at least some communication about the MMP. That is what I hope a united shareholder effort could accomplish by exerting some pressure for better communication. I don't see how it can hurt at this stage in the game. Biajj and Ronran seem to be the guys that know how we can go about this via a meeting between shareholder representatives and RG. I would like to hear what our options are because hoping and trusting dosn't seem to be working to well so far imo.
All the best,
Steve
