I believe he was impling the SEC guidlines, not such that he got a call from the SEC and they specifically told RG not to discuss the MMP during the CC. If they are in negotiations with another co. to buy the MMP RG would have to be very careful what he says about it so instead decided not to take on any questions at all knowing all would lead to the opportunity that may be taking place. And if that happened he would have to stop in the middle of answers knowing where it was leading and end up possibly giving us to much or to many bits of info, when pieced together may hint at what lies ahead.

Nothing personal toward you, but your negativity has me baffled as to why you still own your shares if you do at all.
