they have failed so miserably in the past with the smart cards in China, the Ignite chip, ground penetrating radar to name a few. The only thing that has truly amounted to anything was the MMP. We were told there were hundreds of infringers put on notice. Now we get no information, the CEO can't talk about anything concerning the MMP. So it looks like they've even screwed up the MMP.

We hear that TPL has a great legal team but they fold to the J2.5 when it appeared we had the upper hand and they can't even convince the USPTO in an exparte review of the patents to get them revalidated. Moore has not been paid and it appears that TPL is trying to claim ownership of the patents. So how good is TPL?

Why does PTSC and TPL want to make the MMP look like it is not worth much anymore? What are their plans with the MMP going forward?

Now we're supposed to jump on the sofware bandwagon with Crossflo. What makes any of us think PTSC can make this profitable?

Ease, what are those stem cell companies?

All the best,

Steve
