I thought maybe they were discussing a purchase or sale of the MMP, or perhaps were being sued or were suing regarding the MMP, but based on Bibeau's purchase, and no 10b5-1 on file for him, it seems all of those issues would be off the table. Concur, and any other possiblities you see/suspect? TIA.
