Agreed.

The hot topic last week was the feud between Moore and TPL, which by the way the company does not want to talk about. I would say that situation caused the "conferred with our SEC attorney" comment. Now these sleuths have determined that the MMP is being sold. Couldn't find a clue if they tripped over it.
