So, if I understand the above correctly, then you are saying that you would buy, just on the notification that PTSC is in negotiations with various parties for the potential sale of some or all its interest in the MMP. Price spikes up, you buy more at inflated price and the negotiations go nowhere.

Perhaps you equate negotiations with a bonafide offer, which would be a different story. Opty
