Prior to accepting his position with PTSC, Mr Goerner will have completed DD, as it is standard procedure, and part of that will have taken in the Agreement, to now imply that there might be possible legal challenges to it which he might have been somehow unaware is at best disingenuous, in my very humble opinion.
