Good post. I am here (still) because of the MMP (period). The earnings generated thus far from the MMP are far in excess of likely earnings from any of the other endeavors for as far as the eye can see, even if the revenues from such endeavors are 10 times the $6 million number that has been tossed around. Thus, it becomes increasingly concerning when our most profitable 'business segment' (by a longshot) has issues that are of significant importance, make that paramount importance, and the (share)owners are not informed of how the 'issues' are being dealt with, or will be dealt with. A truly independent and insightful BoD would most likely have a different take on the obligations due the owners, and the oversight of the management of our most valuable asset/investment. We cannot afford more fumbles. Perhaps it is too bad that RG is not on the BoD, but instead serves at their pleasure and the pleasure of those they have embraced.
