I think the commercialization agreement with TPL stinks. Is it legal? Don't know. Can it be challenged? Don't know. Should it be challenged? Don't know. Can PTSC be forced to challenge it? Don't know. Can shareholders challenge it? Don't know.

Can shareholders stress the importance of a fair agreement to PTSC management. Certainly.
