The one who still doesn't think that KSR/Obviousness will have any impact on the patents, unless misapplied, and even then is of the opinion that the patents will eventually be revalidated, based on the examiner's arguments.

Unless, of course, you mean by impact a delay in revalidation of STILL VALID PATENTS?
