I think someone else brought up this question, "is it possible that Asustek is payng a quarterly or annual fee for it's license"? We know that TPL was offering that method of payment even though no company had taken them up on it.

Asustek licensed before the German validation? So it is possible that the last two licenses were for more money as a result of the German validation. I guess we just have to wait for the next Q to find out.
