<Good news. Even if it is just another ~ $200k license (like Asustek),>

We ought to rethink that Asustek license. The reason being, why not come to some similar agreements with Acer and HTC and cut the litigation expense? Where is the logic of letting Asustek off the hook and continuing the litigation with the other 2? Don't the other 2Ts now know what Asustek paid? Where is the logic? I'm thinking it was done for reasons other than the license fee. If that isn't the case, some people need to get fired over the handling of that one. Opty
