Perhaps we're finding out with three recent licenses now that the German re-validation has carried more weight than some have thought. Remember that the German revalidation was for the entire MMP. The USPTO actions are for parts of the MMP.

You have to admit that licensing has picked up considerably since the German Revalidation. What we don't know until the next Q is if the rates have finally went up as well.

So the USPTO rejection may not be as big a deal in the overall scheme of things. So Milestone may be correct for all we know.
