IMO, if we do no fund our share of PDS we will not receive our current 50% share of any profits/ proceeds.

That would indicate a new deal is in the works to minimize expenses for a trade off in potential MMP profits.

The orginal agreement,,,, PTSC was fund UP To 1 million a year for PDS..(which we did pay the first year)... it was not needed in the past becuase they ran a surplus.... so our max obligagtion is 1 million... RG statement is no more funding is needed at this time.... it appears we will run a surplus this 1/4 because we put in less than a million...... I do not see any new deal being worked out...
