After reading the encouraging statement by the examiner regarding the '584, I changed to the '336 to check, when the final rejection was sent out. Als lambertslunatic wrote, the latest date is May 17th at which TPL/PTSC have to respond.

But: one would have thought, they were faster, because it is in their own interest to speed up the process. So I wonder, if they were completely surprised by the final rejection of the examiner or if there are some negotiations going on behind the scene? Does anyone know, if this is possible with the USPTO?

BTW, nothing new from the German Patent Court, I'm checking nearly every day...;-)
