The 584 was originally invalidated by the USPTO - and interpreted against us the District and Upheld by the Appeals court

This was relative to claim 29 the only CLaim that we were accusing ARM et al of infringing.

It is is now Patentable with a revised claim 29.

How in the world can it be patentable today vs Final Rejected last month and not be STRONGER!!!!

Who cares whether it is stronger than it was 3 years ago that's ancient history... It is stronger than it was last month and that's what is improtant....

I bought PTSC in 2000 (jave chip days) between 50 cents and 1 dollar it flew to 7 and then fell to 4 cents went to 2 bucks and then to around 8 cents it is now at 12 cents am I better off at 12 than 8 or do I care that 9 years ago I paid 50 cents.
