IMO - the GSA is positive news - it is (as many have pointed out) Step 1.

We don't really have enough information and expertise to know where exactly we will end up with the 584 and the 336. Even if we had the info and the expertise, it will all come down to what the USPTO will accept or the result of an appeal thereafter. At least we know that the 336 and the 584 are not "dead" and this is a postive.

To be consistent with my past posts in sounding like a broken record, we will only see substantial SP appreciation when the $$$$ starts pouring in.
